Nothing has more power to move people than your own authentic voice
WeSpeak's signature boot camps are designed to create safe spaces for women to build skills and confidence to project their voices and own the room. The day-long training sessions are led by our network of trained WeSpeak coaches who have been selected based on their experience. A combination of general sessions and smaller break-out groups creates the perfect learning environment and safe space for attendees to practise their speaking skills, in a positive and supportive feed-forward environment.

What to expect from a WeSpeak Boot Camp
WeSpeak has already changed the lives of many women in Bermuda, continuing to drive change by giving women the confidence to speak up and speak out. So many of our boot campers tell us they were so nervous before the event they almost didn't come, but afterwards feel so empowered and thankful that they stuck with it and showed up on the day.
During a boot camp, attendees learn how to use specially-developed public-speaking tools from professionals in the field, as well as practise speaking in breakout group sessions throughout the day, aimed at building confidence within a supportive network. Women are selected from diverse industries, careers and backgrounds to take part in the event and begin their journeys in bettering their best, one presentation and coaching session at a time.
